OUR MAIN COUNSELLING SERVICES

Individual Counselling
Individual counselling offers one-on-one support for life changes, grief, disability-related challenges, anxiety, depression, burnout, or relationship concerns. Sessions are private, goal-focused, and paced to your needs, available in person in Sydney or online Australia-wide.

Couples Counselling
Couples counselling helps partners at any stage — dating, engaged, married, or separated to improve communication, address conflict respectfully, rebuild trust, and strengthen intimacy. Sessions provide a safe, neutral space to explore challenges, understand each other’s needs.

Family Therapy
Family counselling supports households facing communication issues, conflict, sibling rivalry, blended family challenges, or major life changes. Sessions provide a respectful space for each member to be heard, improve understanding, repair trust, and build healthier relationships.

Children & Teen Counselling
Children, Adolescent & Teen Counselling supports ages 6–18 with challenges like family changes, school stress, bullying, anxiety, or low self-esteem. Using age-appropriate approaches, we help young people build coping skills, resilience, and confidence, with parents involved to reinforce strategies at home. Available in person in Sydney or online.

Trauma & Abuse Recovery
Trauma counselling supports adults, teens, and families affected by violence, abuse, assault, accidents, or other traumatic events. In a safe, supportive space, we work at your pace to rebuild safety, reduce trauma symptoms, and restore self-worth. Support is available for short-term crisis intervention or long-term recovery, in person or online.

Anger Management Therapy
Anger management counselling helps individuals recognise triggers, control emotional responses, and communicate needs without aggression. Suitable for personal growth, relationship improvement, or meeting court requirements, sessions offer practical tools to manage frustration and resolve conflict more constructively.

Anxiety & Stress Management
Anxiety & stress counselling supports those dealing with constant worry, panic attacks, burnout, or difficulty managing daily pressures. Sessions provide practical, evidence-based tools to reduce symptoms, improve resilience, and restore balance — available in person or online.

Victim Services Counselling
Victim Services counselling provides fully funded support for individuals in NSW affected by crime, violence, or abuse. Sessions focus on reducing trauma symptoms, rebuilding confidence, and supporting recovery, available in person or online for approved applicants.

Workers Compensation Counselling
Workers Compensation counselling supports NSW employees recovering from workplace injuries, bullying, harassment, or trauma. Sessions help rebuild confidence, manage stress, and prepare for a safe return to work — available for approved claims with GP or insurer referral.
